Xscapetulum Hotel

The place was clean, I booked the deluxe king suite with garden views, everything was fine. Food was outstanding and tasty; the staff were amiable!

The hotel was fairly clean with knowledgeable staff, it met requirements.

I liked every detail about my really really nice 3 nights stay here.

Elegant rooms were tasteful, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

It was clean, and I really enjoyed good staff and food. The room met requests, brand-new with a hot tub.

Caring staff, fashionable rooms with a big bath, kitchen, as example.

Smallish venue, nonetheless there were wonderful staff and rooms.

There was a uncomfortable bed.

I had brand-new and well-kept room with a very nice private balcony. I spent some time with hot drinks in the lovely pool bar.

A peaceful hotel in a perfect setting with plenty of little extras.

I had pleasant days staying at this beachfront hotel. Perfect location and overall the staff was caring. Clean place and excellent service. The pool on the premises was lovely.

Unique place to stay while in Tulum. The staff was lovely, the room was beautiful and the beds were comfy. Hotel was neat. Central location, it was in an excellent area.

The venue is a bit old, though it offers unbeatable location and has incredibly kind staff.

The food was reasonably priced, with plenty of options. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Main Street as well as the centre. Also, it was a few steps away from Panna e Cioccolato.

Booked it for 7 days and had a comfortable experience. Its staff and rooms were a plus that's why I enjoyed the place. Lighting in my room was natural. Furthermore, the area was touristic: )

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Cheap meals, lovely beds, happy staff. Particularly good view of ocean.

Beautiful design, breakfast was fabulous. Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from dos aguas park. I enjoyed the large bed in my studio suite. The personnel were more than helpful and made sure my stay was amazing. Amazing services too!

exceptionally good views, nice beach, heated pool. nice service provided too. besides, there was very good wifi, had no problem with it. absolutely perfect location to tulum monkey sanctuary.

I loved the hotel, it was affordable with free wi-fi. The gardens were green and my room was spacious and spacious. The location was marvellous, at walking distance from laguna kaan luum.

Location is unbeatable and the food is gorgeous.

The staff were more than helpful and breakfast was good. The hotel was in the heart of Tulum. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was magnificent. The suite was large and large. The facilities were clean and easy to use. Besides, the service provided here was TERRIFIC, I could park in the free parking.

Its people and location were beautiful. All the staff were really amazing. Tulum City-Centre district won't disappoint you. We liked having breakfast in the café. Everything was perfect!

The property was very clean and luxury, had nice location and staff. As picky eaters we loved to be close to a huge variety of restaurants, went to Pizzeria Manglar couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away. The pool is great and relaxing too.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms and drinks at this hotel. Only 10 minutes walk from Tulum centre. We had a balcony. It was a really great stay.

It's located away from the main road. We would book again, thanks.
